Our Story
Three providers. One mission. Keep Burlington covered.
TNT MedStaffing was born out of a simple reality: rural hospitals need reliable providers, and providers want to work with people who understand the job.
When COVID reshaped rural healthcare staffing in eastern Colorado, three Advanced Practice Providers saw a gap and filled it. Bri Turner, Nathan Cameron, and Chris Moore had been covering shifts at Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital and knew the facility inside and out — the workflows, the patient population, the late nights in a 15-bed ED.
Instead of waiting for a corporate staffing agency to figure it out, they formed TNT MedStaffing. The goal was straightforward: staff the ED and inpatient unit at KCCMH with providers who actually want to be there, who know the facility, and who show up ready to work.
Today, TNT fields a team of 14+ PAs and NPs, covering emergency shifts, inpatient rounding, and swing-bed care. We keep schedules filled, providers supported, and patients cared for — the way a community hospital should run.
